Tips for the JAWS screen reader

For best performance, please set JAWS to read Title text. To do this, do the following:
  • From IE, or Firefox, press Insert+F2, the JAWS manager dialog will open. There are lot's of options here, but what you want is the JCF (JAWS Configuration Manager).
  • Press ("C") for the Configuration manager and press enter.
  • Press Alt+S to open the ("User options submenu").
  • Use your up and down arrow keys to navigate to the ("HTML Options Settings") dialog and press enter.
  • Press CTRL+Tab till you get to the ("HTML options") page.
  • Tab to "Text Link Options" and press up arrow to the "Use Title" radio button, and press the Tab key to get to the "Ok" button, and press spacebar or enter.
  • You should now be back in the configuration manager. Press Alt+F4 to save your settings, and you will be returned back to the website.
Note that these settings only work with JAWS 11 users and lower. For JAWS 12 users and higher, please see the manual on how to do this.

Critical error – bailing out

This is an error that has been elevated to critical error status because it occurred during the primary error mechanism reporting system itself (possibly due to it occuring within the standard output framework). It may be masking a secondary error that occurred before this, but was never output - if so, it is likely strongly related to this one, thus fixing this will fix the other.
Unfortunately a query has failed [DELETE FROM ocp_stats WHERE date_and_time<1664573053] [Table 'db1088486_gatmtb.ocp_stats' doesn't exist] (version: 9.0.9, PHP version: 5.6.40, URL: /index.php?page=keymap&wide_print=1&max=1000)

Details here are intended only for the website/system-administrator, not for regular website users.
» If you are a regular website user, please let the website staff deal with this problem.

Depending on the error, and only if the website installation finished, you may need to edit the installation options (the info.php file).
